About AgentGrid

Built in Vancouver. Built for builders.

We’re Souren and Michael, the founders of AgentGrid. We’re building one workspace for developers to bring their coding agents, tools, and project context together.

How AgentGrid started

By Michael Yagudaev, co-founder

In April 2026, Souren, my best friend, started building AgentGrid for himself. He needed a way to manage multiple coding agents and scale engineering at Avo, the AI platform he builds for trading crypto.

When he showed it to me, I was skeptical. Could a Figma-style infinite canvas really work for something as text-heavy as working with AI agents? I worried it might just be a gimmick.

Around May, I had dozens of terminal windows open and had kept my laptop running for weeks. I kept putting off a security update because I was afraid a restart would mean losing my sessions, my work, and my flow. That’s when I gave AgentGrid a serious try and joined Souren in building it.

What won me over was having a workspace that persisted across machine restarts. I could organize related sessions together and come back to my conversations with AI without reconstructing everything from scattered terminals.

In my first 30 days using AgentGrid, my output and the number of PRs I merged tripled. In September 2026, I merged 200,000 lines of code and used 27 billion tokens.
