AgentGrid

Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of AgentGrid software, agentgrid.sh, and related services provided by AgentGrid, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.

1. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials, connected accounts, and paired devices. You are responsible for activity you authorize through them. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and comply with the laws and provider requirements that apply to your use.

Features and availability may depend on your plan, device, operating system, network, and connected providers. Access to a third-party service may require a separate account, subscription, API key, or permission.

2. Agent actions and AI output

AgentGrid lets you instruct AI agents and connect tools that can read and change files, execute commands, interact with browsers, and take actions in other services. Review permissions before granting access and supervise actions appropriate to their risk. You are responsible for the instructions you give and the actions you authorize, including remote actions and actions performed using your connected accounts.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or similar to material produced for others. Review and test output before relying on it, publishing it, or deploying it. Keep appropriate backups and verify consequential actions. AgentGrid does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or suitability of generated output.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to submit project files, source code, prompts, attachments, and other information to agents and connected services.

3. Connected services and provider costs

Third-party models, coding tools, integrations, and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, limits, charges, and data handling are outside AgentGrid's control. An AgentGrid subscription does not include third-party subscriptions or usage charges unless the offer expressly says otherwise.

You are responsible for costs incurred through provider accounts and API keys you connect, including automated or repeated requests. Monitor usage and provider spending limits. Disconnect a service or revoke credentials if you no longer want agents to use it.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown in the applicable offer and checkout. Website subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew for the selected billing interval until canceled. You authorize the recurring charges shown when you subscribe, together with applicable taxes disclosed at checkout.

You can manage a website subscription and request cancellation through account billing and the Stripe billing portal. Check the portal for your renewal date and the effective date of cancellation. Removing the app or disconnecting an AI provider does not cancel your AgentGrid subscription.

Contact us about billing errors, cancellation problems, or refund requests. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain available. If a purchase is made through another distribution platform, its disclosed payment and cancellation terms also apply.

5. Your content and our software

You retain your rights in content you provide. These terms do not transfer ownership of your projects, source code, prompts, or attachments to AgentGrid. Rights in AI output may depend on applicable law and the terms of the provider that generated it.

You grant AgentGrid a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide the features you request, operate the service, and address support requests. This does not grant a general right to publish your private content. Sharing or publishing through a feature authorizes the distribution you request.

AgentGrid and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, branding, and related materials. Subject to these terms, you may use the software and service for their intended purposes. Separately licensed components remain governed by their own licenses; these terms do not remove rights those licenses give you.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use AgentGrid to:

  • Violate the law, infringe intellectual property, or misuse another person's private information.
  • Gain unauthorized access, steal credentials, distribute malware, or interfere with systems or services.
  • Commit fraud, impersonate others deceptively, harass people, or distribute unlawful content.
  • Bypass access controls, abuse service capacity, or evade payment obligations.

Security testing must be authorized by the owner of the systems involved. You remain responsible for complying with connected providers' acceptable-use requirements.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains account information, local workspace storage, provider transfers, analytics, diagnostics, and privacy requests. Consider the sensitivity of information before giving an agent, integration, or paired device access to it.

8. Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a useful service, but interruptions, defects, data loss, and changes in third-party services can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AgentGrid is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party services outside our control or by your use of the service in violation of these terms. This does not limit responsibility for our own conduct where applicable law imposes liability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You retain all mandatory protections under the law that applies to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using AgentGrid at any time. Cancel paid subscriptions separately as described above and contact us if you want to close your account.

We may restrict, suspend, or end access for a material breach of these terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or where required by law. Any action remains subject to applicable law and your nonwaivable rights. Keep copies of information you need; loss of access to the service may prevent use of some features.

10. Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with their effective date, and we will provide further notice or obtain agreement where required by law. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service and cancel any subscription before its next renewal.
