Mobile apps
Get the iPhone or Android beta and connect your phone to AgentGrid on your computer.
AgentGrid for iPhone and Android lets you follow and steer your agents away from your desk. Keep AgentGrid running on your computer; the phone is a companion to that desktop.
Get the beta
The App Store and public Google Play releases are coming soon. For now:
- iPhone: install TestFlight and join the beta. You can also sign in on the download page and request an invite to your AgentGrid account email.
- Android: sign in on the download page, then request Android access using the Google account email on your phone. It can differ from your AgentGrid sign-in email. We add that Google email to the internal test by hand. Wait for access confirmation before opening the Google Play internal testing link; accept the invitation with that Google account, then install from Google Play.
Connect to your computer
- Install the latest desktop app, open it, and sign in to AgentGrid.
- Open the phone app and sign in to the same AgentGrid account as the desktop. Use Google, email and password, or Apple where offered. The Android testing email only controls Google Play access; it doesn't change which AgentGrid account owns your computers.
- On the computer, reopen Settings → Devices after signing in on the phone. Once your phone is registered, Remote Control (AgentGrid app) shows whether the computer is ready. Before the first phone signs in, this area shows Get AgentGrid for iPhone instead. Keep the computer awake and online.
- In Your computers, choose an online computer. Open a project or space to reach its Coordinator, team leads, and conversations.
The phone connects through the AgentGrid relay. You don't need a QR code, Tailscale, or a shared Wi-Fi network. See the mobile connection guide for the detailed walkthrough.
What you can do
- Read agent conversations and terminal output, send prompts, and answer questions waiting for you.
- Switch between projects, spaces, team leads, and workers.
- Add photos or files to a prompt, or use the microphone to dictate one.
- View the canvas or a pane list, move panes in edit mode, and add agents, terminals, notes, or titles.
Harness setup, project-folder configuration, and the full pane menu stay on the desktop. Dictation is available in the phone composer; voice calls are a desktop feature.
Troubleshooting
| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| Google Play says you can't join | Wait until your Google email has been added, then open the testing link with that exact Google account. |
| No computers after sign-in | Sign in to the same AgentGrid account on both devices. Your Google Play testing email may belong to a different account. |
| Offline or disconnected | Check both internet connections. Wake the computer and keep AgentGrid running. The phone cannot wake a sleeping desktop or run its agents on its own. |
| Needs update | Update the desktop app, then reopen the computer on your phone. |
| Not ready | Check Settings → Devices on the desktop. Wait for the relay to connect; ensure the background service is running. |
| No notification on your phone | Open the app to check the live conversation. This beta doesn't provide a phone push-notification setting; don't rely on a background alert to know an agent needs you. |
| Sign-in fails | Use the same sign-in method as your existing account. For email and password, reset your password on the website if needed. |
If it still won't connect, open Settings → Diagnostics on the phone and include the problem and app versions when contacting support.
